1. Promote Social Integration. We organize community events and cultural activities that allow immigrant women to integrate into Canadian society, sharing their traditions and learning about the local culture.

2. Promote Personal and Collective Empowerment. We have mentoring networks and training workshops where more experienced women guide newcomers in different aspects, facilitating their adaptation and personal growth.

We have gastronomic spaces where immigrant women share recipes and culinary traditions from their countries of origin, promoting cultural diversity through gastronomy.
