Coaching sessions take place in a confidential and supportive environment, where the client is the main protagonist of their own change process. My role as a coach is to ask powerful questions, actively listen, and provide tools that facilitate clarity, focus, and action. These sessions can be held in person or virtually, using video conferencing platforms to facilitate access from anywhere.
The sessions are individual, personalized, and tailored to the specific needs of the client. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Generally, a weekly or bi-weekly session is recommended, though it can be adjusted according to the client’s needs.
1. First exploratory session: The process begins with an initial consultation where the client’s needs are evaluated, goals are set, and an action plan is defined.
2. Goal setting: We work on clarifying specific and achievable goals that align with the client’s values and priorities.
3. Personalized strategies: I use a combination of coaching techniques, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), emotional intelligence, and other tools to help the client develop a growth mindset.
4. Follow-up and adjustment: Throughout the process, we evaluate progress and adjust strategies according to results and any new needs that may arise.
